This is not a complete receiver and complies with all BATFE regulations. No FFL Required.

Just because this was made in Poland doesn't mean it will only work with a Polish AK kit.  It will work with any AK47 1mm stamped parts kit as long as the correct holes are drilled.  You can make it a Romanian fixed stock, Polish Underfolder, Romanian Underfolder, Kyber Pass, Maadi, AMD65, AMD63, M92 or anything that has a 7.62 magwell on a 1mm receiver.

This is a New Polish Made receiver blank in the white with magwell, grip screw opening and trigger opening is cut. There are no holes for the trunnions, axis pins, or selector. Receiver rails and center support included, but not installed. We now include all original Polish Military rails and center supports with this receiver blank. We are the only ones in the USA with the original Polish Center Supports!

Material for the blank and rails is C45 by Polish PN-EN norm. US (AISI) that would translate to 1045.

It is what it is, an excellent product

We have been using these since 08' and see consistency in quality. The steel (1080?) is forgiving. Drill a hole wrong? Just fill it with weld, takes repairs well. For you country builders who heat with wood, a stove full of coals will have this baby glowing in 10 minutes an easy temper. AoA has made my retirement a blast. more than 10 orders, all perfect.
Works great. My first 80% Build. Thanks to Youtubers.

Used a 100% receiver on my first build. This was my second. Used an AOA Romanian Underfolder kit. Very pleased with the result. I've read that my receiver blank was a tad long. You can drill for the front trunnion flush with the end but check a dimensioned drawing before drilling the rear trunnion holes. My dust cover came out a bit short. I had to trim the upper rails and the magazine support rails. I did heat-treat the receiver (best done before reaming the trigger and hammer holes.) There are youtube videos on all of this! Very satisfied with my build.
Great Receiver Blanks

I have used two of these pre-bents for Polish fixed stock builds and these receivers were easy to work with and saved me a ton of time/tools not having to bend them myself. You will still need to drill and file the various holes. You will need to attach the lower rails (spot welding is preferred). You will also need to heat treat the various drilled holes and wear points using either a high temp oven or a torch.
