We stand behind all of the products that we sell that they are free of defects. If for some reason you do receive a defective product, there is a five day return period from the time you receive it to contact us by telephone for a return mailing address. At that time we will replace that product at no charge to you except the shipping cost to return the product to us. We are not a warranty repair center for any manufacturer, meaning products must be shipped back to the original manufacturer for any warranty or repair work required. All returns will be handled on a case by case basis if there is nothing wrong with the product, shipping charges will not be refunded. Restocking fees will not be over 15% if applicable. If for some reason you do need to return a product, contact us immediately for a return authorization number. We will do our best to keep you as a repeat customer.
